"Tiger" is a very special 8 lb red toy poodle, with a white star on his chest. "Tiger" and Dr. Johnson recently attended the 2007 North American Veterinary Conference in Orlando. "Tiger" went with Dr. Johnson to all the exhibits, and many other functions, including a trombone concert given by Dr. Johnson. "Tiger" was a real star at the conference. Veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and exhibitors were amazed that he was only 14 months old. He is extremely intelligent, well trained, and affectionate to both humans, and other animals. For those who question whether Dr. Johnson paid anything for him - the answer is no. "Tiger" was a gift from a kennel owner that Dr. Johnson does consultations for. "Tiger" was a special guest of the hotel and resort general manager, even though dogs are not allowed in the hotel. Special dogs, i.e. rescue & performance dogs are allowed in the convention center - he was included with them.
